The simple version of what you should do – live dirty, eat clean

I was emailed this video to watch and it sat in my emails for a long time. That was mistake. Dr. Robynne Chutkan tells us about food in a very simple manner including her own story about her own children.

She includes simple tips like if you do have to take antibiotics, ensure you take probiotics afterwards (and lots of them) to build back your gut biome.

She says that modern practices such as:

– the zeal for cleanliness

– hand sanitizers

– processed shelf stable food that never expires

– antibiotics for every sniffle

… have made us so sick.
